What about the medicine Buhdda? I believe I’m on a path of light and humbleness I’m just asking for guidance.

I’m currently using Usui Reiki Ryoho myself. I don’t know much about the two you asked about, though I have heard of them. There are so many different systems out there, it’s ridiculous. There’s a few others I’m interested in (Kundalini, Golden Triangle, Shamballa, etc), but don’t feel ready at the moment. Below I will post a link to a forum that I frequent. I’m sure somebody will help you with any questions you have.
